Like most (if not all) lakefront homes, our house is serviced by well water so we installed a full house water filtration system. There is also an additional R-O water faucet right on the kitchen sink! The house sits across from Storms Island so it is situated in a no-wake zone, this means no loud boats racing through and it's also much safer for swimmers and kayakers. Need internet access during your trip? No problem - enjoy free wifi/internet access during the length of your stay! For you techies - every bedroom has CAT-6 hi-speed internet access as well! The house is also protected by fully integrated Nest smoke/carbon detectors. If you like space and privacy, this is the perfect home. We built this house for us but there's no reason why you can't enjoy it. Restaurants and marinas are also nearby. One of the more popular lakefront restaurants is just 0.5 miles away. The views are just as beautiful in the off-season. It’s also a great ski house as Mt. Peter and Mountain Creek are a short car ride away. The house is perfect for a family or two. No smoking. Two bedrooms on the main floor sleeps 1-4 exceptionally comfortably. Outdoor deck with round table and benches as well as additional Adirondack seating; cantilvered deck over the lake; great place to sit and read, or simply soak up the sun. Deck also features a terra cotta chimnea (fire pitt), which is great for cool nights, sipping a glass of wine (or cocktail of choice!) and watching the sunlight slowly dip behind the mountain. If you're looking for a place to unwind from the hustle and bustle, quiet nights (and days), this is the place.

Two travel cribs, 1 highchair, 1 baby tub, children’s dinnerware table and chairs as well as indoor and outdoor toys can be provided upon request at no additional cost. The fireplace and the stairs are equipped with guard and gates. The master bedroom can comfortably host two adults and two travel cribs. Guest access You are going to have access to the entire property. Other things to note Please make sure to drive your car on the driveway only and under no circumstance drive on the backyard as the septic system would be crushed. Please make sure to only flush toilet paper down the toilet. Even items marked as 'flushable' such as baby wipes should NOT be flushed as they can damage the septic system and cause major disruption to your stay.
